individual who is actively involved in fields
which complement and provide services to the
workout, loss mitigation, collection, bankruptcy,
foreclosure and REO asset management and marketing
efforts of financial institution (bank, mortgage
company, credit union, mortgage banking master
and sub-servicer, and GSE), but is not directly
employed by such a company, and is not a Real
Estate Agent, Broker, Realtor or Associate Real
Estate Salesperson. Examples include but are
not limited to accountants, auctioneers, attorneys,
consultants, receivers, individual investors,
contractors, engineers, appraisers, pest control
companies, field service companies, hazard insurance
companies, and title and escrow companies. |

individual who is employed as a Real Estate
Agent, Broker, Realtor or Associate Real Estate
Salesperson who derives the majority/principal
amount of their income from the marketing and
sale of real property. |
