Shelley Kaye is a Senior Asset Manager for

Asset Management Services, she spent
seven years at First Central Bank in
Cerritos, California, where she was the assistant to the Vice

Benton Neese has returned to the REOMAC®
Board of Directors after serving his last
term in 2004-2005. Benton also served on
the Education Committee in 2004-2007
and has participated in several conference
and meeting panel presentations. In
addition, Benton has written articles as a
roving conference reporter for the REOMAC® Update™
Newsletter and currently serves as the Board Liaison for
the newsletter.
Mr. Neese holds a N. Carolina Real Estate Broker’s license
and has served as the Assistant VP and Assistant Manager
of Loss Management for Triad Guaranty Insurance
Corporation. Prior to joining Triad, he was an AVP-Loss
Management/REO Manager with AIG United Guaranty for
20 years and has also served as the Consumer/Commercial
lending officer with First Financial Savings for two years
prior to that.
Benton was an officer with Bank of America for six years
and has taught various courses for the banking degree
program at the local community college.
Benton serves on various community organization boards
and committees, including the local United Way, the
Boy Scouts of America, Piedmont Chrysalis Lay Director,
Piedmont Emmaus Board of Directors and his local church.
He has assisted with construction of seven Habitat for
Humanity homes and participated on two building teams
that traveled to Guatemala to build churches.

Beatrice Davis is currently the Membership
Chair for REOMAC®. Previously, she has
volunteered for the Education Committee,
and as a reporter for the conferences. She
has also written articles for the
newsletters.
Beatrice has been in mortgage banking for over 20 years.
Her career started in mortgage lending at Transamerica,
where she was an Assistant Manager for 6 years. This
is where she learned the basics of underwriting, sales,
collections and leadership. She left Transamerica to work
for Home Savings of America in their Loss Mitigation
Department as a Sr. Loss Mitigation Specialist, specializing
in Loan Modifications, Capitalizations, Repayment Plans,
etc. She was promoted to an Underwriter. She worked at
HomeSavings for a total of seven years.
Beatrice came to Residential Funding Corporation, now
GMAC-ResCap, in Master Servicing, where she has been
employed for nine years. She started as a Default/Loss
Mitigation Asset Manager, responsible for ensuring that
loans were subserviced according to company guidelines,
including collections, loss mitigation, bankruptcy and
foreclosure. She performed these functions until 2001,
when she transitioned to oversight of GMAC-ResCap’s
REO Portfolio. As the REO Asset Manager, She has been
solely responsible for managing the servicing relationships
of GMAC-ResCap’s assets and mitigating their losses, from
a small portfolio in 2001 to today at approximately 10,000
properties. GMAC-ResCap has been very supportive in
Beatrice taking an active role in REOMAC®, and after her
first year as the REO Asset Manager, she was awarded the
“Celebrate Leadership” award for her contributions to the portfolio.

Bob Siegmeth, REOMAC Technology Chair,
is currently a broker associate at Re/Max
Olson specializing in the North Los
Angeles/Ventura region. Bob has 17+ years
in REO with 11 years at IndyMac Bank
and Countrywide as a credit risk manager,
REO manager and senior asset manager
specializing on the nationwide liquidation of defaulted assets.
He obtained his real estate license in 1991 followed by getting
his broker license in 2002. Bob attended California State
University of Northridge and has a B.S. degree in Business
Administration with a minor in Marketing. He has been on
the board of directors since 2004 with last director position
as treasurer and has been an active REOMAC® member for
11 years. During his time not working, he enjoys his leisure
time with his wife of 11 years and his two beautiful
daughters.

Sara has made a career for herself in the
REO industry for the past 18 years. She
began in 1989 at First Federal Savings and
Loan in New Braunfels, TX. When the
S&L went under it created an opportunity
to manage REO for the Resolution Trust
Corporation (RTC) in San Antonio. In
1994, she began working for Ontra, a servicing shop in
Austin, where she specialized in REO auction process
management. It was during her time at Ontra that she
coordinated and participated in many REO auctions in the
NY/NJ/CT area and developed an interest in pursuring
career opportunities in that part of the country. She moved
to CT in 1997 and held asset and portfolio management
positions for Prudential Asset Recovery and Clayton National.
She most recently was the Director of REO for GMAC
Mortgage since 2002. While at GMAC, Sara was responsible
for the management of an REO Department to include sales
and operations functions, the management of special
servicing relationships, envisioning and implementing
REO customized processes and ensuring that corporate
goals and objectives were met. She moved to Dallas, TX in
2006 with the integration of the GMAC and Homecomings
platforms. Sara left GMAC in 2007 to pursue other
opportunities and further advance her career within the
REO industry. She recently began working with Saxon
Mortgage in Fort Worth on the creation and setup of the
REO Department for their special servicing platform. Sara
has a degree in Finance from Southwest Texas State
University (now Texas State University) in San Marcos, TX
and is an accomplished classical musician. She enjoys
jogging, getting together with friends and family, spoiling
her dog and meeting with industry experts across the country.
Sara has been on the REOMAC® Board of Directors since
2006.

Connie White is serving her fourth year
on the REOMAC® Board of Directors.
Connie began her mortgage banking career
in 1982. She joined First Option Asset
Management Services in 1995 in the loss
mitigation department and became an
REO Asset
Manager. Connie was
promoted to the First Option Asset Management ServicesReal

Cynthia A. Nierer, Esq., is the directing

Mia Semo is serving her third year on the
REOMAC® Board of Directors. She has
over 20 years of experience in a variety of
roles of real estate. Mia has just taken a
position at National Default Servicing as
an REO Team Manager. Prior to this, she
was employed at Homecomings Financial
for 11 years and her most current position there was National
Refurbishment Manager in San Diego, CA. Prior to joining
Homecomings
Financial, she practiced real estate at Coldwell
Banker, Encinitas, California, for 10 years. Her first
experience in the real
estate world was as an assistant to a
broker and recruiting and training new Real Estate licensees.

Ralph Barone is serving

Tom Moon is serving his third term on
the REOMAC
® Board of Directors. He
serves on the Education Committee. Tom
is one of the REOMAC® charter members
and was invited to join REOMAC® in 1986.
He was one of the nation’s first outsourcers
in 1984 and then founded the first national
broker’s network, now known as REObroker.com. Tom has
been selling REO since 1980 and has been recognized as
ERA’s top national salesperson, as well as his Board of

Kathy Jeffers-Volk has been working in the real estate field since 1985 - first doing residential resale, then new home sales. In 1992 she joined Countrywide Home Loans and entered the REO field. She was an Assistant Vice President in the Real Estate Operations Group. Later she was promoted to Vice President and established Countrywide Realty Partners - a wholly owned subsidiary of Countrywide Home Loans specializing in sales and marketing for clients (i.e. outsourcing).
Kathy has been a REOMAC Member since 1994 as an Affiliate and has contributed to REOMAC via many years of service holding many positions within REOMAC as a volunteer: She served as President on the REOMAC Board of Directors in 1998 and 1999.
